Apartment lots north of Colfax are where most of our headaches start. Permit stickers, numbered spaces, a landlord who wants a car gone, and a driver who swears they parked legal — that's the Towing Bill of Rights argument in miniature, and we'd rather show up for the owner than the property manager. We do consented tows: you call us, we come get your vehicle. If Aurora PD ordered the tow it went to M&M Impound, not us, and we'll say so instead of wasting your afternoon. What we can do is haul it home once you've paid the release.
The rest of the work is highway. I-225 between I-25 and I-70 stays busy, and the shoulder around the Anschutz campus at Colfax and Peoria never really goes quiet. Parker Road, Havana, Chambers — those surface streets produce the crunch calls. Southeast Aurora is a different animal: Southshore, Tallgrass, Saddle Rock, all wide new streets off Smoky Hill, and honestly closer to our Centennial yard than downtown Aurora is. Buckley traffic means we've moved plenty of POVs for folks with orders in hand, and we know gate access isn't something you improvise at the checkpoint.

My car got towed from my apartment complex in north Aurora. Can you get it back?
We're not the ones who took it, so first find out who did — the sign at the lot entrance names the operator, and if Aurora PD initiated it the vehicle's at M&M Impound. Once the release is settled we'll flatbed it back to your building or wherever you want it, which matters if the car isn't drivable.
Can you tow onto or off Buckley Space Force Base?
Off base, yes, and we handle POV pickups and drop-offs near the Mississippi and Airport Blvd gates all the time. Anything past the gate depends on base access rules that day, so tell us up front where the vehicle actually sits and whether you can meet us at the checkpoint.
